Can anyone send me a tattoo design sheet scan?
my buddies friend is a tattoo artist and he has this design sheet that has the perfect tribal tattoo for my leg but its like an inch long. he wont let me borrow it to have it enlrged so i was hoping someone else has it. its a tribal design sheet he go outta a Spaulding & Rogers book, and its code is 298A. does anyone have it and can send me a decent scan?

Henna Tattoo Design – How to Make and Apply It

The tradition of henna tattoo design goes back thousands of years and has been passed down from generation to generation in the Middle Eastern culture. It used to only be found mainly at weddings and some celebrations in India, Sudan, Egypt, and Pakistan. But recently all that has changed and now henna body art is commonly displayed in the Western world.
The process of creating a henna tattoo design is pretty simple. First the dried leaves of the henna plant are ground into a powder. The powder is then combined with a liquid like eucalyptus or clove oil to form a paste. The paste is then applied to the skin through a cone or applicator bottle.
For those that have practiced or are good at creating designs and patterns, it’s possible to apply it by freehand. Or for those that are starting out and are not as confident, there are useful stencils. When the design or pattern is freshly applied, it will be an orange brown color. It needs to dry for a long time and eventually flake off. It’s recommended 8 or more hours to dry. The longer it is allowed to dry, the darker the stain will be. After the paste has been removed and the tattoo has had time to set, normally within 24 hours, it will turn a reddish brown color.
The advantage of a henna tattoo design compared to a permanent one is that it is painless, inexpensive, and the application is so easy that you can make and apply one to yourself. Traditional henna tattoos were normally applied to the hands and feet, but that has changed. They are now applied to visible body parts like the neck, ankles, arms, navel, back, forehead, and toes and fingernails.
Another benefit of a henna tattoo design is that you can change it up every month or two. Since they are temporary and not permanent, you can try different designs or apply to different places on the body to find what you like. The henna tattoo can last two weeks or two months, depending on how they are applied and taken care of. Find what design and pattern works for you and enjoy.

Most tattoo enthusiasts spend a lot of time and sometimes even money to guarantee that they love their tattoo designs. But even once you find the most amazing tattoo design, you still need to choose a professional tattoo artist that will provide you with this amazing tattoo. It sounds simple, but you will not have a hard time finding hundreds of tattoos that used to be beautiful designs on paper and look horribly wrong on the skin.
All you need to do in order to minimize the risk of this happening to you, you should ask your tattoo artist the following questions:
1) How long have you been tattooing?
Unless you want to experiment or don’t mind helping someone practice their tattooing skills, you should choose an artist with a long track record. An experienced artist is one that will better know how to copy the tattoo design you want off the paper and onto your body.
2) What are your qualifications?
You want a properly qualified tattoo artist. If your tattoo artist is not properly trained, you might end up ruining your tattoo design by not taking care of it properly, or even worse. Remember that tattoo guns can be easily bought over the internet, and home tattoos are a known trend. So you really want to make sure that your tattoo artist is a qualified professional.
3) How many similar tattoos have you performed? Can I see samples?
Don’t ask how many tattoo designs your artist has done already. It is a very poor indicator of general work quality. If you are going for an elaborate, color rich design, then you want your artist to have experience with that kind of tattoos specifically. If you want to tattoo Chinese words, then you should ask to see samples of similar past tattoos. Some tattoo designs are relatively easy to tattoo. Some are quite difficult.
Aside from that, make sure you feel comfortable with your tattoo artist, and that he or she understands your needs. You will be spending anywhere from a couple of minutes to long hours with him or her, and a good connection will make the experience, and the result, much more satisfying.
