Please no answers that say don’t do it! I need to know how to thread the needle and how to do it. Looking for the actual steps to do it.

Partially puffy tattoo?
I got a tattoo 8 months ago on my left sleeve (sterile one use needles, gloves, etc..). About 5 months later, one day, it partially got swollen and very itchy. It went on like this for 1-2 days then it was gone. 1 month later, same thing happened to some parts that didn’t swell the last time. Last month, it happened again to a new part. I mean, no part of the tattoo gets swollen twice. The swelling and the itch lasts for 1-2 days and then it passes. Now there is just a slight puffiness on some parts with no itch or anything, I can just feel it when I move my finger on it.
I have done some research and the common idea is that the tattoo was done too deep. Now, how can I solve this problem? And also, I have to get this tattoo fixed a little bit, will inking over that tattoo do any harm to me?

don’t worry i bout a pro tattoo gun but it came with out a needle and the tattoo places don’t sell there needles out so is there like a type of sowing needle for that?
