do tattoo parlors sell henna cones or kits?
i live in seattle and i want to buy some henna cones or kits powder stuff, i didn’t want to buy pens because i hear they’re not as good.
so is there a place hat sells henna cones or kits, like a tattoo place or bartells? because i heard bartells might sell them but i just want to ask on here before ordering online.
I do not want site names to buy henna, I can just search google. I want store names in Seattle downtown area that sell henna.
